Bethany Place of Safety

Bethany is richly blessed by the amazing support, time and commitment of the volunteers that come out from all over the world to give their time to the little people of Bethany. They work above and beyond - waking up at 5.30 in the morning to wash the children, feeding them, helping them sleep, changing many nappies, keep runny noses clean, entertaining them through singing and dancing and just being with them and making them feel special.

Our volunteers come from all over the world, we've had people from America, Canada, England, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and many other places. We are also lucky to have volunteers from our local community - including school children who give up thier weekends to play soccer with the children.

On behalf of all the little people of Bethany we want to thank everyone who has given up their time to play a part in the lives of the children.
